Jetzt doch keine Haftung bei offenem WLAN

Endlich auch mal ein erfreuliches Urteil. Das Oberlandesgericht Frankfurt hat eine Haftung bei offenem WLAN verneint und damit einigen anderen Urteilen widersprochen.

Mal sehen, ob die nächste Instanz das auch noch so sieht.
